Hello,

I have all double hung windows where the plastic hook has broken and thus the windows cant be used. The top sash will fall down also. I have attached pictures. They have a yellow tip and the tube measures 3/8ths of an inch. The tube is 35 inches long. There is a spiral balance on each side of the window. I will also need the tool that charges them. Is there anything else that I will need? Thanks for your help!

Sincerely,
Tyler

Hello, Tyler. Looks like you have a pretty typical tilt window spiral balance. If the diameter of the outer white tube is 3/8" and if its length is 35" then that would be our S900-35. The charging tool is our 75-006.

As for anything else you may need, that depends entirely on what's broken. I recommend doing a careful inventory of the hardware on the window and make a list of everything that is damaged or worn out. Everything that is still in working condition can be reused.
