Sliver piece is screwed into the each side of the hash towards the bottom of the side rails. Has no markings. Somehow works with the balance system to keep window up.

Black part is an Sash Cap - Existing marking reads - H-676 R-H

Hey, Jim. We don't currently have these parts, but we are working on hardware that I think can replace them. Please give us a little time to have them made up for you and I'll let you know when they become available.

Thank you for your response.
These window parts are for a school and they are anxious to get the parts as the windows without them create a potential accident problem and safety issue for the children and teachers in the classrooms.
Anything you can do to expedite the process would be greatly appreciated.
