Your drawer rail looks similar to the 33-061. We carry different lengths depending on the length you need for your drawer. We don't have that rear drawer socket like yours that "plugs"  into the back of the cabinet. The ones we carry need to be mounted to the back of the cabinet using a screw like our 33-017 . Take a look at the associated parts along with the related video and see what you think.
