Drawer slide

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have this style of drawer slide. Our self-closing tracks, such as the 32-056 and the other-sized variants I have listed on this page, might work for you, but they aren't nearly as heavy-duty as what you were originally working with. These tracks are meant for things like kitchen cabinets, whereas it seems to me what you are working with is meant to be a bit more robust. Still, these are our closest matches, so take a look and see what you think. They can be mounted to the back of the cabinet with drawer sockets like our 32-119. 

As for rollers, I can't make a clear recommendation without knowing the exact size you need, but some of our flat-edged shower door rollers have worked as nifty replacements for these sorts of applications in the past. See our 10-096,10-100, 10-109, 10-141 and 10-142 as examples.
