Drawer will not stop

Thanks for writing in. The guide looks similar to our 32-031 , and I agree, the one in your photos appears undamaged. It's possible the track itself is just worn down and needs to be replaced. See our 32-053 kit. Watch the video below and see if you think you could adapt this track to your drawers. 

I'm afraid I don't know what kind of dresser this is, so I honestly don't have any idea what hardware was used originally. I can tell you that the only drawer stop we sell that works like you describe is our 32-125 . Ultimately, you may want to try to get in touch with the original maker of the dresser to see if they can supply you with the exact hardware you need. Otherwise, I don't think you'll be able to proceed without adapting new replacement hardware to work, which will take a moderate amount of handiwork.
