Dual Arm Window Operator

Thanks for reaching out to us! This is the second time I've seen an operator with this peculiar guide at the end of the arm, and the first time was only just last week. I'm actually still researching that so I'll make sure to keep you updated.

What I can tell you now is that we don't currently sell an operator with that guide and none of our existing parts look like they'll replace it. However I'm still looking into this and I'll let you know once we make any headway, even if it's bad news.

Hey there, maybe I can help. We unfortunately don't carry this brand of operator and I'm not sure if it's still available. Our 39-439B is the closest match we have, which is made Truth. This may work if you swap out the rack on your window with the 39-566 track, so as to accommodate the new style guide, but its no guarantee.

See if you can install this track on your window sash. That will be the deciding factor. If you can, then you may just be able to get our 39-439B to work on this window.
