We can supply this balance as a custom order, but before we can proceed we will require a clear photo of the metal clip at the end of the cord. Please let me know if that will be possible and we can work from there!

That is not the clip we need to see, unfortunately. The clip in question is at the end of the cord and is what anchors the balance in the window track. I know that seems like a small detail but it is very important, as there are several different types of clip and none of them are interchangeable. If you aren't able to show it to us, we won't be able to proceed with this custom order. 

I hate to say it, but this is actually an entirely different balance. It is in no way compatible with the one you showed me in your first post to us. I'm afraid I cannot use this as a reference to identify the balance in the first photo.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Without seeing that old clip for the first balance, I cannot determine what it is or what can be used as a replacement.

I'm not sure what 5/8" measurement it is you're referring to. We don't list any specific dimensions for the extended-travel balances. I can at least tell you that these all measure 9/16" wide as a rule. However, they're usually classified as 1/2" in the trade; it's common practice in the industry to label them that way, though I have no idea why.
