The windows were made by Cascade. I believe they were made in 2007. They have a balancer on each side I have different balancers as follows

1. 20 7/8" Stamp 40 4 Window weight 12.8 Pounds - Qty 8
2. 14 7/8" Stamp 14 5 Window Weight 12.4 Pounds - Qty 2
3. 14 7/8" Stamp 14 4 Window Weight 12.4 Pounds - Qty 4
4. 14 7/8" Stamp 14 4 Window Weight 10.4 Pounds - Qty 8
5. 26 7/8" Stamp 26 4 Window Weight 17 Pounds - Qty 18

Note that I'm combining the two "14 4" requests since those are the same exact balance, so that will have a quantity of 12 (rather than 4 and 8). I also believe you have a typo on that first stamp for the 20-7/8" balance. You wrote "40 4" but the stamp in your photo reads 20 4. I'm almost certain that's what you have but I thought I'd mention it just in case I was wrong. Let me know if that's the case and I'd be happy to correct it.
