The windows were manufactured by Parr lumber around 2009-2010
We need 1 balance, preferably 2 - the metal hook broke on one and the windows are double balance, so we would rather replace with a matched set if possible. If we can't find whole balances it might be possible to repair the one that broke with a replacement hook
