Length of the metal channel is 25.5 inches

The stamp is 25 5 (TSE) RM

Hi Steve. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order twenty of these Extended-Travel balances, stamped 25-5. Let me know if you have any questions prior to placing this order.

Bob,

Thank you for your response. I do have a couple of questions about these balancers. First is I measured one window that was a half inch wider than the ones I sent the information on. I did not check the balancers for those, so should I or is it safe to assume the same balancers will work on the other two windows? I believe I measured accurately but did not pull the sash to check the stamp as I said. I also have a few other windows with smaller sashes and should I assume they will also be special orders?

The most obvious question is since the order is non-refundable, I want to be certain these are right. Not questioning your selection but please confirm that you have no doubts these balancers are the correct ones.

Thank you for your help.

Steve

Based on the pictures of the balances you sent us, I have no doubt that we made the right recommendation. My product director finalized the quote herself. We see hundreds of these a week, so there's no issue there. However, I would be absolutely certain that all the balances you're looking to replace have the same stamps on them. If they don't say 25-5, there's going to be a problem. While most likely the balances have the same fittings and clip at the end of the shoe, I always like to double-check those too just to be totally certain. While a hassle, it does help to be absolutely thorough with this, due to the non-refundability. Let me know what you find, or if you need to weak the pricing.
