Hello! We can absolutely supply these for you, but they have to be a custom order. Before I go any further, I just wanted to clear up a few details.
To start, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Each of these should have a metal channel that measures 26-5/8", not 26-11/16".
Can you also confirm that each configuration is identical, other than stamp?

Yes, when I re-measured carefully the channel length is 26 5/8".
Since the custom order is non-refundable, I'd like to be 100% certain that the new ones match, so I'd like to start by just ordering one pair of the 26-4 since that's my stickiest/noisiest set of balances now.
Can you change my link to the 26-4 calibration to a quantity of #2?
What is the estimated turnaround time on the order?
Once I'm sure everything works properly, I'll place the remainder of the order.

My "trial" order of a single pair of balances arrived and they work fine. My heaviest window now glides quietly with minimal effort.
So I would like to proceed and order more balances. However, I decided to reduce the quantities to just what I need without replacements since now I'm confident I'll be able to get more from you in the future.
So all I will need for at least this year is #2 of the 26-2 and #4 of the 26-3, same design.
Please adjust my quantities accordingly and I'll add them to my cart.
