The length of the metal is 29". The metal stamp is 2820 with a small RN (BS1 sideways) TH. I only want to purchase 1 balance right now to make sure it fits and I understand what to order, once a window works then I will order for the rest of balances for the house.

We'd be happy to help but we would like to see another photo of your metal pulley clip from another angle to confirm the correct replacement.

Also, please note that the minimum order is two balances for custom orders. Thank you!

These images are a huge help, thank you. That appears to be the last detail we need, too. We can custom make these balances for you, but like Casey mentioned our minimum quantity is 2. I hope that's okay.

I am ready to order but it says the expected delivery date is Aug. 9. Is this due to the lead time on the product?

That is correct. Because these are custom balances, we pretty much have to make these from scratch. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
