I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to see the metal clip at the end of the cord.

Finally, please verify the exact length of the metal channel.

Can you please give me a replacement part number? These are for single-hung vinyl windows about 14 years old.

Thank you!

Thank you. What you have here is the "rivetless" version of the extended-travel channel balance, notable for the fact that the bottom nylon fitting plugs in rather than installs with a rivet. However, that presents a problems in regards to your given specs: we can only supply rivetless balances in 7/8" length increments.

For example, we can only give you a balance that's 25-7/8" long. 25-1/2" and 25-5/8" would be too short, meaning our balance wouldn't function properly in your window.

Can you verify the exact length of the metal channel? If it is 25-1/2" or 25-5/8", then our hardware will not work for you and we will not be able to assist with this project.
