Extended-Travel Channel Balance Quote

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, however, I will need you to tell me the exact weight of the sash that this balance supports (down to the ounce). As there is no stamp, weighing the sash is the only other way we can determine how the spring ought to be calibrated. 

A shorter standard length will unfortunately not work. The cord will not be long enough in that case, so the window would be unable to shut. You need to replace these balances with the same configuration.

For a 25-5/8" balance holding an 18 pound window, you have two options: either the 25-3, which holds 14 through 18 pounds, or the 25-4, which holds 18 through 24 pounds. Both stamps hold 18 pounds so either one will work for you. They're the same price, as well.

What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add 2 of the 25-3 balances to your cart. You can then checkout as normal. There's no particular reason why I'm picking this instead of the 25-4, but if you wanted to change that for whatever reason then please let me know and I would be happy to do so. It can't hurt to triple check your sash weight just to be 100% sure that your weight doesn't lean one way more than the other.
