We can supply this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, can you show me a photo of the metal clip that was at the end of the cord? It appears to be missing from your photos and it is an essential detail.
We can also only supply 2 at minimum, since it's custom. I hope that's okay.

Ok, i removed the Sash, and removed the broken metal clip. I took pics of the other side balance.
