Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 21-5/8" which is what makes it custom.
Can you show us a clear and up-close photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the cord, in undamaged condition? It's hard to see the full shape from the first photo.

Thank you for the photos, Bill! They're a huge help. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) of these balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Our replacements will have winged top and bottom fittings but we don't believe this will affect function. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well and there is a chance it could take longer.
