Extra Wide Bug Flaps

The gap between my screen & glass door is about 3". Do you have extra wide bug flaps that would fit?

I don't think they make a bug flap that wide. Make sure you are looking at the correct gap and measuring it correctly. Send pictures if you would like us to see exactly what you are looking at.

I need a 3" wide bug flap for a screen to use on a left open pocket door. They installed a regular track for sliding doors and a PGT standard screen made to match the door will work, but the bug flap needs to be 3" and PGT doesn't make a screen door for their pocket doors. Is there a manufacturer of bug flaps that makes something 3" wide? If not, do you have any ideas as to what we can do so we can use a screen on that door? I don't open it because it doesn't have a screen. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

I'm afraid we still do not have a bug flap that wide. You might be able to add a length of aluminum or a vinyl trim used by sliding companies to add on the stationary door rail to close the gap.
