A landlord from Wsicosnin says:
This is from a vinyl window in one of our properties. the balance of the windows in the buidling were Norandex Acorn 3600 series single hung, so I might assume the same manufacturer. Would this be a 38-099 or do you have a better option?

I'm not sure what this is, exactly. Is there any way we can see a picture of the lock removed from the window? That way we can see the inner workings. In the meantime, see our 38-138 or 38-139. These are another two possibilities.

I'm afraid seeing the window itself doesn't help. We need to see the lock removed. When it's installed, the most important components are hidden from view.
