Find right dash balance for Andersen Window

Could someone point me in the right direction for instructions on figuring out which balance I need for my Andersen window

Hello there. Andersen balances are identified by the stamp codes on the balance box. We need to see the codes to identify the right match. You can read more about Andersen balances, and also watch a video that shows how to remove and replace them, here.

Well I would have to take the window apart to see the stamp.
I've seen the video. Isn't there another way to find out like by window size ??

Bob is correct, we will need to know the numbers stamped on the metal housing of your Andersen sash balance to determine the correct replacement. Unfortunately, window size or weight does not help us research this for you.
