Foam spline size

A quick learner from California says:
I have a lot of windows to rescreen and I'd like to try your foam spline and invisible screen. My current spline size is 0.125 and is the vinyl ribbed type. I saw a post on your site that suggested using foam spline of 0.140 diameter for this application. Is that correct? Also would you have a part number for screen corners for these older philips screens as well as the springs and pulls? Thank you in advance!

Hey there, thanks for posting. Hopefully I can help.

Concerning the top spring and pull tabs, take a look at the 70-030 and the 70-142, respectively. I think these may be what you want but compare their specs to your originals.

As for the corners, I'm not sure what your screen frame size is. If it's a 3/4" wide by 3/8" thick take a look at 95-034 and 95-243. If your screen frame is thinner at 3/4" X 5/16" thick, then consider our 95-031 instead.

Lastly, for the screen spline, I think you might want to go a little thicker. I don't think the invisible screen mesh is a thinner mesh compared to the normal type. Foam spline is easy to go in even if it is a little thicker. Once it's in the screen groove, it expands to hold the mesh tight. Take a look at the suggested screen spline I've associated on this page for potential options.
