Frames have become brittle and broken

A contractor from 33637 says:
The outside frames have become brittle and broken. are there any repair parts for these?

Looks like your glazing bead is what has become brittle. We do sell a wide variety of glazing bead types, but I'll need you to remove a sample of yours and show us a clear picture of the end profile. I know they're brittle, but try your best. There's no other way to identify a match. 

I think the video below will also help explain what glazing bead is and how it can be replaced.
