GU crank window operator

A home owner from Austin, TX says:
Please help. The part has a distinct GU label on the gray metal arm. I think that's what it's called.
US PAT 6,247,270
CA PAT 2,278,439
It has a circle next to the patent numbers. Inside the circle, in the center, there is a 0 with an arrow pointing to a 3, and a 2.

I recognize this operator. Unfortunately, it is no longer available. You will need to retro fit a different style tow orkw ith your window.

Now, I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the operator track is on the bottom edge of the sash. Is that correct? If so, what I suggest is using our 39-365 operator with the 39-114L handle along with the 39-504 track. Take a look and see what you think. It's important to keep in mind that you will need to do some retro fitting to mount the operator base to your window. I'm afraid there won't be a quick fix for this.
