Please help identify this crank (?) for a garden window that was installed around 2004. I do not know the manufacturer. Thank you!

We should be able to help, but I'd like to see a photo of your lock out of the window. Currently, the back half of the lock mechanism is obscured. We need to see the whole thing to help.
