I am trying to locate and purchase the Giesse window hinge that is pictured.

I'm afraid I don't recognize this hinge. I've never actually seen a window hinge like this before, so I think it might be a little outside our wheelhouse. My recommendation is to contact the original manufacturer directly for assistance.
