Grand Avenue Hi-Rise Window Parts

We are working on the renovation of the Grand Avenue Hi-Rise apartment building in Dayton, OH. There are Traco double hung and sliding windows currently installed and the windows are hard to open. We are wondering if Traco Window parts are still available. We are not having any luck find information about Traco Windows. I understand the company went out of business in the early 2000's.

We carry a few different parts associated with the Traco brand. For instance, the internal tilt latch might be our 26-331. Look over its dimensions and see if you concur. Any other parts you need I will need to see removed from the window for inspection.
