Spindle is 2 3\4 inches, Handle is 3 inches. Thickness of door is 7\8 of an inch. Outside door knob is 1 1\2 inches in diameter and hole is 1 inch.

We don't have this exact handle set, but check out our 40-042 and see if this can work for you. Make sure to carefully compare our specs to your own.
