Hello, Patrick! The spring for mortise locks like this is not something that's sold separately, unfortunately. In every case I can think of, total replacement of the mortise is necessary.
In your case, I'm instantly reminded of our 40-194. This looks strikingly similar to your original part but you should review our dimensions to ensure that everything is in alignment.
