Hardware replacement

Question

I need the tilt and double coil balance for a window. The coil cover and tilt broke. It is just wear and tear. I want to replace them.

To further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe in the window channel that the coil springs attach to. The sash will need to be removed to view this access. Please also confirm if the coil thickness measures 3/8" or 1/2".
