Hey,
I was following your YouTube instructions to get to the sliding door to ultimately access the wheels to replace them. Unfortunately this 15+ year old door doesn't have the same setup as the video and I had trouble finding a way to remove the stationary door. I also have pictures of the interior & sliding door as well.

Hello there. Thanks for reaching out to us. In the video, we show how to remove the doors from the outside of the house. In some cases, the stationary fixed door cannot be removed. I recommend you try to remove the sliding door from the inside of the house to see if that does the trick.

I'd love to try and remove the sliding door from this inside, but we are unsure how to do that as well.

I'm afraid we don't have a video going over those steps. Unfortunately, our advice is limited without us being there. However, a local professional should be able to come out and assist with the removal of the door.
