I want the heaviest duty wheels for a 2.5' x 7' sliding glass door. Can the double roller stainless be used in place of a single wheel style

It would depend on a lot of factors. Is there any way we can see the rollers you have now? Could you also provide dimensions? That will be the best place to start.

Current wheels are fabricated by door manufacturer, Champion Windows. Each unit has two wheels and each door has two units.
4.25" L x 1.25" H (Including protruding wheels)
Secured with two bolts through the side of the door frame
Any suggestions on a replacement match

Aha, I see. Please look at our 81-158, this looks to be a good match. Just make sure that your dimensions are the same as ours. As for a heavier duty version, I'm not sure they make one. I'm also not sure what single wheel style roller it is you're referring to, so I can't say for sure if this will work for that. However, based on the pictures you submitted, our 81-158 appears to be our best match.
