Help a correct balancer w ltrs: 14 5 D1 (or DL?) CMC 2

Question

16in total length includes white plastic ends.

But---

15in Metal part only w/o plastic ends

I think from your website I measure metal only?

Both endcaps are white plastic. One plastic piece has wing broken off see pic

The balancer is 1/2 wide.

On non tilt window

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-15 or S385-15, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
