Help finding channel balances

My contractor was unable to find compatible balances from his suppliers to repair a hard-to-operate window in my home. I was able to take a partial picture of the balance.  The window brand was Milgard. The house was built around 2006-2007.  I will need to order a pair of them.

Hello! What you have here is called an extended-travel channel balance. We can supply these, but they're a special configuration so it would have to be a custom order.

Before we go any further, would you kindly show me a photo of the metal clip at the end of the cord? It's obscured in this photo but it is a very important detail.

Once I see that, we will check on the availability of this size.
