Hi there! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. It's tough to say for sure what you need without dimensions, though. I recommend looking at our 15-015 to start and carefully comparing our measurements to an undamaged version of your own shoe. That will tell you for sure if it can work.
If they differ, though, let me know how and I'll do my best to find a better match!
