Help identifying replacement part

A quick learner from Suffolk, VA says:
Not sure if I need to replace the entire channel balance or just the clips. Both have come off of the bottom panel. Not sure how to take them out and replace, but I'd at least like help in identifying the part.

Has the following letters/numbers on it: 26B BSI TT

Thanks for writing in. If you can't keep the window open on its own, then most likely you have to replace the channel balances. We can help you do this, but we'll need to see the balances out of the window, with pictures of the attachments at either side of the balance. From there, we'll try and narrow down what you need. If you need help removing these tilt window channel balances, see the video below.
