Help installing the 39-403

Hi, I recently purchased a handle from you to replace a broken plastic cover 39-403 white color, my question is that my replacement is metal and the installation requirements are to screw down (screw provided) but the old cover used to be attached by two plastic clips on the back(one of them broke) is this going to work for my window?

I can't say for sure, David. All I know is that if your old cover installed in a different way then the 39-403 may not work for you. This is a Pella part, and Pella tends to be very, very specific about what their parts their windows use without much wiggle room.

Could you show me a picture of the new cover and old cover side-by-side? That may give us a better idea of what you have and what can be done about your situation.
