We believe the Channel Balance is off on one of our Single Hung Window because we have a problem opening that window. Please see 3 pictures attached and some information listed below from the window to help us find the correct parts. We believe the brand might be "Philips Stayton".
Should I order one set of Channel balance with 1" deep bottom shoe to try? Since 1" is standard.
If these data and pictures make sense to you. We would like to order 2 sets of channel balance and let me know how I can proceed with the order. Thank you so much.
- Metal channel length is 27-1/8"
- Bottom shoe is 1- 1/8" deep.
- Metal thickness is 9/16"

Thanks for reaching out to us. A 1" shoe is actually not standard. There is no standard for these; the bottom fittings vary in size from window to window so it's always an important detail to check.
I think your shoe might be 1-3/32" rather than 1-1/8". That would match our Series 385. Look this part over and see what you think.
