Hi,

Could you help me figure out which ones from your website would work in place for these?

Size appear to be 1/2".
Length 26".
Need to carry window of 15 lbs.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you! It is the S385 indeed.

How do I know which weight option I need? Does my stamp indicate it? I cannot figure it out. Do I need to remove the window and weigh it? What is a "sash"?

Yep! A stamp of 26-5 matches our own 2650 option. Two balances with your stamp are designed to carry 28 through 30 pounds.

Note that this is way, way heavier than your originally stated weight of 15 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale just to confirm that your estimate is accurate. If your sash really is 15 pounds then the balances you have now would have been so strong that you wouldn't have even been able to close your window.
