Help with correct channel balances

Question

Greetings, I have Milgard windows on our home. One of the channel balances top plastic/nylon piece is broken.
My channel balences are 33 inche long as measured from metal portion end to end.
The bottom shoe on my channel balances read slighly over 1 inch, and closer to 1- 1/16th of an inch as can been seen in attached photo.
The factory marking on the channel balances are/is "32-5 CR5 CMC 1" I must also add, that on the bottom of the shoe, there is the number 180 embossed on both of the plastic/nylon shoe.
Any help, info, and guidance greatly appreciated.
