Help with finding correct part to order

We can assist with replacements, but the balances will require a custom order, are you able to provide additional pictures of the top and bottom nylon attachments? Please also confirm the length of the metal channel excluding the attachments is 27" long. 

How many balances are you in need of? For custom orders there are a minimum of (2). Thank you!
