It will only allow me to send 5 at a time. I will send more in a few minutes.
These are clips that are getting very old and they keep the window straight I think.
Also the lifts are breaking and look to be rusting. I will send more photos.

Hey, Debbie. The white nylon face guide in your first post looks like our 67-027, but it's hard to tell while it's still installed. Look over our pictures and information and see what you think. 

For the balance in your second post, please give me the diameter and length of the outer tube. I think we can replace this but it would depend on what size you need. 

We don't have the top black window stop, but you only need one per sash for them to work.
