Hinge Replacement

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have your exact four-bar hinge, unfortunately, and ours is a little different from the one you show in your photos. However, they work the same as the one you need to replace. Take a look at the 36-021 standard hinge with a width of 3/4" along with the 36-021HD with a width of 7/8". Review the specifications and see which one matches up best with your old hinge.
