Hook to attach to string then spring

Question

I have a vinyl window and the small (about 1/8th") hook that grabs the hole in the main window that is attached to the string and then spring came off and I need a new one?

I'm afraid I don't know what it is that you need. It sounds like the attachment clip for a channel balance, but there are about a half million different kinds. I will need detailed photos of the hook and the mechanism the string attaches to in order to offer you a solution.
