How do I remove the Traco sliding door to replace the rollers

Handy Person from Saint Louis , Missouri
Need some guidance to remove a TRACO sliding door to replace the rollers. The plate on the slider states TRACO a three river aluminum company, warrendale PA. No serial or model number anywhere. How do I get it out and do you have the rollers for the slider, maybe a new track and rollers for the screen?
Thanks
Chris

Hello,

Have you seen our video below on replacing patio door rollers? Take a look and let us know if you get stuck at any point. Also, we'd need to see photos of your patio door and screen door rollers removed from the door to compare to our inventory. You can view our selection of screen door tracks here. Thank you!

Another note on inability to remove the fixed sliding door . I do not see a bracket as you show on your video. The picture below is what is on the inside of the fixed door

I don't see any stationary door brackets, but I do see a screw installed in the rear door stile of the stationary door. Maybe that could be what is holding the door in. Also have you tried to lift off the sliding door from inside the house? In some cases you can lift off the sliding door from the inside with out removing the stationary door.

I removed the two screws and the fixed door did not budge. Lifting the sliding door from inside the house can't be done. The floor track has about a 3/4 inch lip and the sliding door cannot be raised above that lip.

I'm honestly not sure what else it could be at this point. I guess check to see if there are any clips at the front end of the stationary door. Also see if you have a "sill track cover" which can be snapped off the track. You can see this in our video on removing patio doors.
