How do you remove and replace?

We just tried the removal process on a sample window we had in our research shop and this is what we did:

First, stick a flat head screw driver into the metal cam in the bottom pivot shoe and turn towards you to release the tension and it will rise up to the screw.

Unscrew the clip and pull the metal channel down from the top and twist to remove balance.

How do you remove and replace the series 795 channel balance. I have every thing disconnected except the clutch assembly that rides up and down in the vinyl tack. There doesn't appear to be any sort of cutout in the track walls that would allow the removal and I have popped one of the rivets that hold the square metal cover on the clutch asssembly.
