How to remove window fuss strip

Can you please tell me how can I remove weather strip with fuss from the windows? The windows are from Alcoa. I have attached picture

There should be openings at the the corners of the sash that will allow you to slide the wool pile out. Refer to the video below for an example of what I mean. If you can't find an opening at the corners, then you may need to make one yourself.
