Hurd Casement Window Crank

A home owner from Olathe, KS says:

Has two arms that attach to the window frame.

One arm is straight 10 inches long and has the number 41011 on the underneath surface as shown in a photo.

The other arm bends at a joint in the middle and is 9 inches long in total length and has the number 31876 on the underneath surface as shown in a photo.

I think that your "Encore Dual Arm Operator Sill Mount" looks very similar to my broken Hurd operator.

I also see what looks like the same part as mine when I search on your website for "Hurd Casement Operator" and view the first page, top row 4th picture from the left (most far right picture).

Can you find a replacement part and cost and time frame for delivery?
