I'm afraid I don't understand your description. You mention 3 pins that connect the window, but I don't really know what they would be. I also can't make out any pins in particular in your photos. Can you please clarify? A clearer photo would also be appreciated.

The same goes for the part that pulls it in and out. Can you explain what that is more clearly?

Sorry that I wasn't clear enough and didn't mention that the pictures is from a window that has the pin now if you look at that small gold circle that to is a pin that go's though the part that holds the window and the crank I'm not an expert with 40 year old windows but just in case you don't see the pin here is that picture you requested

Gotcha, thank you. That part is what we would call a bracket. It's what connects the operator arm to the sash. We sell a variety of different styles but nothing we have quite matches this.

Please give me a little more time to loo into it and I'll get back to you ASAP. In the meantime you can see our full selection here.

I'm afraid that Tom's right. We don't carry that same sash bracket you show in your photos. I believe it's an older, obsolete model.

I have two thoughts on what you can do next. One would be to get the proper diameter nail (or screw) and make your own stud. We also carry the newer type brackets on the web site, like the 39-545 and the 39-546, but I'm not sure how well these work to replace your older type.
