I need a different kind of operator

A quick learner from Dallas, Texas says:
Hello Swisco,

On 12/26/12, I purchased two (2) — a LH and RH — 9" window crank operators 39-001 and 39-002. Turns out I bought the wrong size. My kitchen redo has been a protracted project and the operators have been sitting in their original packaging all this time.

As I measured wrong the first time, attached are images of what I'm replacing and an image showing it as compared to what I purchased.

I'm hoping I can return the operators and exchange them for the correct items.

Thanks for posting! I'm having trouble making out the arm length of your original operator based on these images. Can you tell me exactly how long it is? That will help us find the best match for you. Thanks!

Using one of the other operator diagrams as reference I feel that my arm length from the center of the round button on the end to the center of the sprocket axle is 8".

Great! That's just what we needed to know. Now, I don't think we have anything with an 8" arm exactly, but check out our 39-029 and 39-030. They have arm lengths of 8-1/4". It's a little over, but I think it should be okay. Let me know if you agree.
