Hello there!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. The old GU operator in these photos is discontinued and no longer available, I'm afraid. However, the good news is that we have an alternative, our 39-315 and 39-316. I recommend watching the video below which will walk you through the replacement process.

I watched the video. Do I also need the part that attaches to the window besides the cranks? If so, could you please send me a list all the parts I would need.

Sure, please see our 39-514 and 39-513 stud brackets. I also recommend our 39-105 detach clip to secure the link arm to the bracket.
