I think it is a CertainTeed or Palmer window part

A quick learner from Long Beach, Ca says:

Two of the latches have broken--the washer that holds them on the backside no longer does the trick. The plate that screws down with four screws is 1" x 2". Pivoting latch is 3" long.
Please let me know how I could get a total of four.

Our 90-152 is similar. Compare the mounting holes and other dimension to your own and see how well they compare.
